1. الخدمات
يوفّر LCARE IQ Store معلومات عامة عن منتجات متابعة السكر ومستلزماتها وإمكانية الاستفسار والشراء والتوصيل داخل العراق. استخدام الموقع والمحادثات يعني اطلاعك على هذه الشروط.
2. معلومات المنتجات
الأسعار والعروض والتوافر والمدد والمواصفات تعرض بحسب المعلومات الحالية وقد تتغير قبل تأكيد الطلب. تختلف تجربة استخدام الحساس وتوافق الهاتف حسب طراز الجهاز والبرنامج. نؤكد المعلومات الأساسية عند إتمام الطلب.
3. الطلبات والتوصيل
يصبح الطلب مؤكداً فقط بعد مراجعة المنتج والكمية والعنوان والإجمالي وإرسال تأكيد واضح من LCARE. قد يتواصل مندوب التوصيل للتحقق من الموقع. أوقات التوصيل تقديرية وتتأثر بالمحافظة وشركة التوصيل والظروف التشغيلية. تكاليف التوصيل وأي استثناء أو عرض خاص تُبيّن قبل التأكيد.
4. الإلغاء والاستبدال
تُطبق سياسة الإلغاء والاستبدال التي تُوضّح عند الشراء وبما لا يتعارض مع القوانين الملزمة وحقوق المستهلك. من المهم الاحتفاظ بعبوة المنتج ومراجعة تعليمات التركيب قبل الاستخدام. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي حقوق لا يجوز استبعادها قانوناً.
5. المعلومات الصحية
المحتوى، بما فيه ردود الذكاء الاصطناعي، لأغراض المعلومات العامة ودعم استخدام المنتج، وليس تشخيصاً أو علاجاً أو بديلاً عن متابعة الطبيب. لا تغيّر جرعات الأدوية بناء على رد آلي. إذا اختلفت الأعراض عن قراءة الحساس، تحقق من قراءة السكر وفق الإرشادات الطبية واطلب المساعدة عند الحاجة.
6. الاستخدام المقبول
يرجى تقديم تفاصيل صحيحة للطلب وعدم إساءة استخدام القنوات أو إرسال مواد ضارة. يمكن تحويل المحادثة إلى موظف عند الحاجة. لا يعني الاستفسار وحده إنشاء طلب.

LCARE IQ Store provides general information about glucose monitoring products and accessories, purchasing inquiries and delivery within Iraq. These terms apply to the website and connected customer-service channels.
2. Product information
Prices, promotions, stock, wear duration and specifications reflect available information and may change before order confirmation. Sensor compatibility and experiences vary by device and application. We confirm core order details before finalizing a purchase.
3. Orders and delivery
An order is confirmed only after product, quantity, address and total have been reviewed and LCARE has issued an explicit confirmation. Delivery teams may contact you to clarify a location. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change with region and operations. Fees and applicable special offers are communicated before confirmation.
4. Cancellation and returns
Cancellation and return conditions are communicated at purchase and remain subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights. Keep product packaging and review installation instructions before use. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Medical information
Website information and AI-generated customer support are general product guidance, not diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for a clinician. Do not adjust medication doses based on automated responses. If symptoms do not match sensor readings, verify glucose according to medical guidance and seek help where needed.
6. Acceptable use
Provide accurate order information and do not abuse the channels. Messages may be handed to a human representative. An inquiry alone does not create an order.
